The most impressive aspect in buying from this online shop was the prompt and very upfront response to solving a problem. Some seeds from the 4 boxes of msw bitter durians were slightly hard,unripe and bland without the normal msw fragrance. Upon feedback, the staff, Manfred was very prompt in getting to the bottom of the issue and replaced two boxes with the correct texture ,ripeness and fragrance.The whole process of correspondence was prompt and engaging. First rate in after-sale service rendered. Most satisfactory.Delivery time was updated to the last half hour.Impressive to one who likes to be kept informed.
