This Shipping Policy explains how deliveries are scheduled, handled, and fulfilled by Spike Durian. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
We deliver on:
Monday to Sunday
Available delivery time slots for Monday to Friday.
Available delivery time slots for Sun and Sat.
12:00pm – 6:00pm
6:00pm – 10:00pm
Delivery windows are approximate and may vary based on route and traffic conditions.
Same-day delivery is not available due to preparation requirements.
Next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 5:00pm.
For special arrangements, please contact us at hello@spikedurian.sg and we will assist where possible.
$10 delivery fee applies to single-box orders.
Multi-box orders may qualify for free or reduced delivery fees (as shown at checkout).
Re-delivery fee: $10 for all failed delivery attempts.
You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order during the selected time window.
We deliver across Singapore islandwide.
Restricted or difficult-to-access areas may incur additional charges, including but not limited to:
Sentosa
Airline House
Changi Airport vicinity
Tuas
Other secured or restricted zones
If additional charges apply, we will contact you before delivery.
Because our products are chilled and perishable, the following conditions apply:
A recipient must be present to receive the order.
We do not leave durians at the door or unattended locations.
Upon receiving the order, durians must be placed in the refrigerator immediately to maintain optimal quality.
Spike Durian is not responsible for quality degradation due to improper handling after delivery.
Your durians will arrive:
Chilled, not frozen
Packed in a cooler bag with gel ice packs
Accompanied by an instruction card for optimal enjoyment
For best quality, consume within 12–24 hours and do not refreeze.
Customers are responsible for proper storage once the product has been delivered.
Refrigerate immediately upon receiving.
Consume within 12–24 hours.
Do not leave at room temperature for extended periods.
Do not refreeze the durian, as this damages texture and flavour.
Products that have been mishandled after delivery are not eligible for replacement.
You may request a delivery address change if:
The request is made at least 2 days before your delivery date.
We cannot modify delivery addresses:
1 day before delivery, or
On the day of delivery, due to pre-arranged logistics.

If the recipient is unavailable during the confirmed delivery window:
The order will be marked as a failed delivery, and
A $10 re-delivery fee will apply.
We strongly recommend arranging for someone to receive the delivery on your behalf if you are unavailable.
If your order is incomplete or incorrect, please email hello@spikedurian.sg within 24 hours of delivery.

Description of the problem
Your order number
We will review and assist accordingly.
In the event of severe weather or unforeseen logistical disruptions:
We may reschedule your delivery for safety and quality reasons.
If rescheduling is not suitable, we will offer a full refund.
No penalties apply for delays outside our control.
Bulk orders are welcome.
