Some seeds from the 4 boxes of msw bitter durians were slightly hard,unripe and bland without the normal msw fragrance. Upon feedback, the staff, Manfred was very prompt in getting to the bottom of the issue and replaced two boxes with the correct texture ,ripeness and fragrance.The whole process of correspondence was prompt and engaging.
