Do you offer refunds or replacements for D24?

D24 is a naturally milder, sweeter variety than MSW — less bitter, less intense, different texture.

That's the character of the fruit, not a defect, and D24's introductory $28 pricing is final sale: no refunds or replacements for taste, texture, seed size, or flavour preference.

We do replace durians that are genuinely spoiled — signs include a fermented or alcoholic smell, visibly moldy flesh, or an off sliminess that isn't normal texture.

If you believe your D24 is spoiled, submit feedback immediately at members.spikedurian.sg — we assess case by case, and keeping the fruit chilled with photos/videos helps us verify quickly.

Note: This final-sale policy covers taste and quality preference only. Verified spoilage remains covered under our standard replacement process.
What are your delivery days and time slots?

We deliver daily. Available delivery time slots:

Monday to Friday: 4:00pm – 9:00pm
Saturday and Sunday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm
Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?

We do not offer same-day delivery, as we prepare your durians one day in advance.

For next-day delivery (Fri–Sun), place your order before 5pm.
What is the condition of the durian upon arrival?

Your durians arrive chilled, packed in a cooler bag with gel ice packs to maintain temperature.

Please refrigerate them immediately for the best quality.
How do I store the durians and how long do they last?

Store them in the refrigerator, not the freezer. For peak flavour and texture, consume within 12–24 hours.

Do not refreeze — it affects quality and we cannot replace refrozen durians.
