Do you offer free exchange if my durians taste sour or seem off?
Yes. If you receive durian that seems sour or of poor quality, contact us immediately at customerservice@spikedurian.sg.
We offer a replacement policy for verified quality issues.
Please keep the durians chilled and share photos/videos to help us assess quickly.
What are your delivery days and time slots?
We deliver daily. Available delivery time slots:
Monday to Friday: 4:00pm – 8:00pm
Sun and Sat: 12:00pm – 6:00pm or 6:00pm – 10:00pm
Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?
We do not offer same-day delivery, as we prepare your durians one day in advance.
For next-day delivery (Fri–Sun), place your order before 5pm.
What is the condition of the durian upon arrival?
Your durians arrive chilled, packed in a cooler bag with gel ice packs to maintain temperature.
Please refrigerate them immediately for the best quality.
How do I store the durians and how long do they last?
Store them in the refrigerator, not the freezer. For peak flavour and texture, consume within 12–24 hours.
Do not refreeze — it affects quality and we cannot replace refrozen durians.
