What are your delivery days and time slots?
We deliver every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Available time slots: 12–6pm or 6–10pm.
Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?
We do not offer same-day delivery, as we prepare your durians one day in advance.
For next-day delivery (Fri–Sun), place your order before 5pm.
What is the condition of the durian upon arrival?
Your durians arrive chilled, packed in a cooler bag with gel ice packs to maintain temperature.
Please refrigerate them immediately for the best quality.
How do I store the durians and how long do they last?
Store them in the refrigerator, not the freezer. For peak flavour and texture, consume within 12–24 hours.
Do not refreeze — it affects quality and we cannot replace refrozen durians.
What if my durians taste sour or seem off?
If you receive durian that seems sour or of poor quality, contact us immediately at hello@spikedurian.sg.
We offer a replacement policy for verified quality issues.
Please keep the durians chilled and share photos/videos to help us assess quickly.
